2008 Local 1000 Elections

Change You Can Believe InBelieve in your ability to change our union

Members of Local 1000 have a historic opportunity to make their voices heard early in 2008 when union elections come underway.

While Local 1000 members are fending off attacks by the governor on their pay, pension and benefits, they are also eager to protect their rights and their hard-earned dollars from assaults from some within the union itself.  The infamous dues increase shoved down our throats and the erosion of our ability to hold our leaders accountable are firing up members statewide and many are gearing up to take our union back.

CSEUnited is leading the way by organizing members to help elect union leaders in the fifty district labor councils (local chapters) across the state as well as electing new leadership to the union's statewide officer positions.  If you are ready to help with this effort, please contact us
